ORDINANCE #03-44 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING ,~ GAS FRANCHISE FEE ON CENTERPOINT ENERGY MINNEGASCO, A DIVISION OF CENTERPOINT ENERGY RESOURCES 'CORP., A DELAWARE CORPORATION, FOR PROVlDIING GAS ENERGY SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MIN- NESOTA The City Council of the City of Ramsey ordains: 1. SECTION OFFICIAL SUMMARY. The official summary of Ordinance #03-44 reads as follows.. The City of Ramsey is imposing a gas franchise fee on Centerpoint Energy Minnegasco in the following amounts: Commercial and Industrial Customers - $6.00 per month per natural gas meter Residential Customers - $3.00 per month per natural gas meter Institutional Customers - $6.00 per month per natural gas meter Ordinance #03-44 shall expire on December 31, 2004. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE AND EXPIRATION DATE. This Ordinance becomes'effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication, according to law.
