ARTICLE I <br />MODIFICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br />FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />Section 1.01 Definitions. The terms defined below have, for purposes of this <br />Development Program, the meanings herein specified, unless the context specifically <br />requires otherwise: <br />"City" means the City of Ramsey, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of <br />the State of Minnesota. <br />"City Council" means the City Council of the City. <br />"County" means Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />"Development District Act" means Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through <br />469.134, as amended and supplemented from time to time. <br />"Development District" means Development District No. 1 of the City, the boundaries of <br />which are described on the attached Exhibit A. <br />"Development Program" means the Development Program for the Development District, <br />adopted by the City Council on August 27, 1985, as the same may, from time to time, be <br />amended or supplemented. <br />"Public Costs" means the repayment of debt service on any Tax Increment Bonds and the <br />costs set forth in Sections 3.07 and 3.16 of the Tax Increment Financing Plan, and any other <br />costs eligible to be financed by Tax Increments under Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.176, <br />subdivision 4. <br />"State" means the State of Minnesota. <br />"Tax Increment Financing District" means any tax increment financing district presently <br />established or to be established in the future in the Development District. <br />"Tax Increment Financing Act" means Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through <br />469.1799, both inclusive, as amended and supplemented from time to time. <br />"Tax Increment Financing Plan" means the respective Tax Increment Financing Plan for <br />each Tax Increment Financing District located within the Development District. <br />1 <br />3087750v1 <br />
