Increment Financing Act, the City has established Tax Increment Financing District No. 12 in <br />the Development District as a housing district described in Section 469.174 subdivision 11, and <br />has adopted therefor the Tax Increment Financing Plan set forth in Article III of the <br />Development Program, which provides for the use of tax increment financing to finance the cost <br />of qualified public activities and improvements in the Development District, as specified in the <br />Development Program and the Tax Increment Financing Plan. <br />Section 2.03 Description of Development District. The Development District is <br />described in Exhibit A. <br />Section 2.04 Increase Estimates of Public Costs and Budget. The additional costs <br />eligible to be incurred by the City, directly or indirectly, in carrying out the Development <br />Program, as modified are amended to include the Public Costs set forth in the Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing (Redevelopment) District No. 14. <br />3 <br />3087750v1 <br />
