CC Regular Session 4. 7. <br />Meeting Date: 11/13/2012 <br />By: Diana Lund, Finance <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Introduce Ordinance for 2013 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges <br />Background: <br />Effective June 30, 1991, Ordinance #91-08 amended S7.01.10 of the City Code to allow the City Council to <br />annually set fees. <br />Attached is the proposed 2013 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. The attached schedule shows most fees <br />remaining constant with those adopted in 2012. <br />Most changes are within the utility section.
