CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 11/13/2012 <br />By: Colleen Lasher, Administrative Services <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #12-11-XXX to Accept the City Administrator's Performance Evaluation <br />4. 11. <br />Background: <br />As part of the City Administrator's 2011/2012 360 degree performance evaluation, Mr. Ulrich, all direct reports, <br />and all Councilmembers completed the performance evaluation for the time period of August 2011 through <br />September 2012. <br />The results were compiled and the Mayor and City Administrator met privately on October 18, 2012 to discuss the <br />evaluation. On October 23, 2012, as allowed by Minnesota Statute 13D.05, Subd. 3, which states "a public body <br />may close a meeting to evaluate the performance of an individual who is subject to its authority" the City <br />Administrator met with the full City Council in closed session to discuss the results of his performance evaluation. <br />It was the consensus of the City Council to accept Mr. Ulrich's annual performance evaluation for the period of <br />August 2011 through September 2012.
