We are proud that our high -quality customer <br />service has been recognized by the prestigious consulting <br />firm Greenwich Associates for excellence in business banking <br />and that Money magazine named Bank of the West the <br />Best Regional Bank in the West in 2011. We are grateful for <br />our team members' good efforts and the dedication of our <br />executive management team and Board of Directors, including <br />Stefaan Decraene, Head of International Retail Banking and <br />tuber of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas, who joined <br />our Board in 2011. <br />Finally, our commitment to the Bank's extraordinary customers <br />inspired us in 2011 to begin a major branding campaign: <br />Go West!
