TRANSMISSION OPTIONS <br />Bank of the West offers four options for transmitting your data files between Bank of the West and your computer. <br />Using the following criteria, select your preferred transmission method and complete the transmission option. <br />(ONLY complete what is related to your transmission option.) <br />Select Transmission Type Below: <br />❑ Secure Transport Web Portal <br />*(manual upload/download only) <br />This method includes protocol -based encryption <br />Most browsers supported <br />Easiest to implement <br />No firewall changes on BOTW side <br />Supports web certificates <br />El SFTP/SCP/SSH <br />This method includes protocol -based encryption <br />Broad support of most client FTP packages <br />Allows for client automation <br />Support for SSH logon keys (RSA) <br />No firewall changes need on BOTW side <br />❑ HTTPS/using Tumbleweed Client <br />Requires customer to already have the Secure Transport/Tumbleweed Client <br />This method includes protocol -based encryption <br />May require Firewall changes on BOTW side. <br />❑ FTP Using PGP <br />There is no protocol -based encryption <br />Encryption must be done with PGP Keys <br />Firewall changes required on BOTW side. <br />Password Notification and Confirmation of transfers Acknowledgement Email Address: <br />Special Requirements: <br />*Each Customer will get a userid and password to the Bank of the West Secure Transmit Portal which will be <br />available as a contingent method to transmit your file to the Bank. <br />Thank you for completing the Secure Transport Transmission Form. Your Bank of the West Cash Management <br />Consultant or Representative will provide this information to the Bank's Transmission Coordinator. Within a few <br />days, the Bank of the West Transmission Coordinator will contact your company's Technical Contact (as provided <br />by you on this form) to evaluate the compatibility between your system and the Bank of the West system. The <br />Coordinator will discuss implementation and coordinate schedules for testing. Normal set up time, including testing, <br />takes approximately one to two weeks depending on requirements.
