MN 55303 <br />Attn: Shane Nelson <br />Re: CSAH 83 (Armstrong Blvd) & 1471111 SL n\vood Drive Intersection <br />Intersection Improvements; Request for Completion Extension <br />Shane. <br />Due to unforeseen: circumstances out of North Pine Aggregate's control, 1 would like to <br />request are extension for completion. Currently, all work under our contract, except <br />maintenance work and final dean up shall be completed on or before November 15, <br />2012. At this time, there is a possibility that the Irrigation & Landscaping work may <br />need to finish in the spring, due to numerous utility relocations & conflicts. We <br />anticipate that the Irrigation will be Fully installed, but charging of the system (weather <br />dependent) rnav need to hold off until six -Mg. There are approximately 10 plantings that <br />are to be installed around the Irrigation Box that will act as a natural shield, these may or <br />may not be installed this year depending an what the weather does. <br />As stated in nay letter dated September 27, the Mast Arum for the Signal System are <br />scheduled for delivery at some point in December. The timing for the Mast Arius has not <br />yet changed. Alf of the bases with the exception of one (due to utility conflicts) are <br />currently installed. Once the Mast Arras are delivered it is anticipated that installation <br />will take place immediately. <br />Currently there are various outstanding pending decisions that need to be made ir order <br />to continue with positive progress. On the l 46th Avenue portion of the project, there are <br />some proposed changes still being discussed in regards to Stor•rn Sewer modifications and <br />the conflicting Easement issue with Wiser Choice Liquor. The Irrigation Service location <br />is still being addressed, along with numerous Light Pale relocations progress ler <br />Sidewalk installation has been hindered.
