PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, October 7, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer (arrived at 7:34 p.m.) <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Chuck LaDue <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />GALL %O ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order at <br />7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARIN~ <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson adjourned the regular meeting at 7:32 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />Request for conditional use permit to move in a residential garage for <br />commercial use in the B-1 Business district; case of Berndt <br />Development Co., Inc. <br /> <br />2. Request for conditional use permit to operate a nursery and retail <br /> sales in the R-IR Residential district; case of Dale Wirz <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting back to order at 7:50 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN IN~T <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL O~ AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to add Mr. <br />Coffin's request for site plan review to the agenda as Case #10. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Howell, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting no: None.
