(1) Billboards. No billboards shall be permitted in any zoning district of the city, except as otherwise <br />provided in this Division and except that off - premise signs may be located on adjacent parcels or at <br />shared entrances. Shared entrances shall be encumbered by a recordable easement, filed with the Anoka <br />County Recorder. <br />Sec. 117 -465. - Temporary signs. <br />(5) pvnamic display. Temporary signs may consist of dynamic display, provided all standards of <br />Section 117 -463 Subd. (f) are complied with. <br />Secs. 117 -466 – Other Temporary Signs <br />(a) j?eal Estate Signs. One temporary real estate sign constructed of durable materials located on the <br />premises is permitted for sale or lease of building or vacant lot for each street frontage. <br />(1) Residential Districts. Real Estate Signs may not exceed 32 square feet in <br />residentially zoned districts. <br />(2) Commercial and Employment Districts. Real Estate Signs may not exceed 64 <br />square feet in commercially or employment zoned districts. Real Estate Signs <br />erected on walls of buildings may not exceed 15% of the front facade of said <br />structure. <br />(b) Construction Signs. One temporary construction sign constructed of durable materials located on the <br />premises is permitted on each street frontage of a development under construction, <br />Secs. 117 -467 – Unified Development Signs <br />(a) General provisions. A unified development is a development that consists of multiple parcels of <br />similar zoning district and bound by major roadways consisting of arterial or collector designation or <br />higher. Signs for multi - tenant commercial and employment developments may be erected to include off - <br />premise copy under the following conditions: <br />(1) The sign must identify the development at the top of the sign and may include provisions' <br />for individual users within the development. <br />(2) The sign must be located within 500 feet of the development and may not be separated <br />from the development by an arterial road. <br />(3) The sign must not exceed 250 square feet per face (500 square feet aggregate) and 30 feet <br />in height. <br />(4) The sign may include dynamic display not to exceed 100 square feet per face (200 square <br />feet aggregate). <br />(5) <br />The sign will not be included in the total signage permitted for the property in which it is <br />located. <br />(6) The general location of area identification signs for commercial and employment districts <br />must be approved by the Planning Commission as part of a Master Sign Plan approved as <br />part of site plan approval <br />117 - 468 -117 -483. - Reserved. <br />Formatted: Font: Times New Roman, Italic <br />Formatted: Font: Times New Roman, Italic <br />Formatted: Font: Italic <br />Formatted: Indent: Left: 0 ", Hanging: 1" <br />Formatted: Font: Italic <br />{ Formatted: Font: Times New Roman, Italic <br />Formatted: Font: Times New Roman, Not Bold <br />Formatted: Font: Times New Roman, Italic <br />Formatted: Indent: Left: 0" <br />( Formatted: Indent: Left: 0" <br />Formatted: Font: Times New Roman, Not Bold <br />
