CC Regular Session 4.5. <br />Meeting Date: 11/27/2012 <br />By: Diana Lund, Finance <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Approval for Exemption for a Gambling License for Simply Outdoor Experiences to Conduct a Raffle at 8019 - <br />146th Avenue NW - Holte Contracting Office <br />Background: <br />The attached application is from Simply Outdoor Experiences for exemption for a lawful gambling license to <br />conduct a raffle at 8019 - 146th Avenue NW on December 31, 2012. <br />An exempt permit may be issued to a non - profit organization that conducts lawful gambling and awards than less <br />than $50,000 in prized during a calendar year. Simply Outdoor Experiences meets this requirement.
