CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 11/27/2012 <br />By: Jo Thieling, Administrative Services <br />JPA with Anoka County for Property Assessment <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Approve Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Ramsey and County of Anoka for Assessment of Property <br />Background: <br />As Council is aware, the City of Ramsey contracts with Anoka County for property assessment. It is once again <br />time to renew the five -year contract. Attached is the letter from the Anoka County Assessor as well as a copy of the <br />Joint Powers Agreement.
