ORDINANCE NO. 03- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />That 5.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement as per the record plat of Gateway <br />North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the north <br />line of Lot 4, Block 1; and <br /> <br />That 5.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement as per the record plat of Gateway <br />North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota lying northerly of the south <br />line of Lot 4, Block 1; and <br /> <br />That 5.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement as per the record plat of Gateway <br />North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the north <br />line of Lot 3, Block 1; and <br /> <br />That 5.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement as per the record plat of Gateway <br />North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota lying northerly of the south <br />line of Lot 3, Block 1; and <br /> <br />That 5.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement as per the record plat of Gateway <br />North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the north <br />line of Lot 2, Block 1. <br /> <br /> <br />
