Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Director of Public Works Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CAI,L TO ORDER <br /> <br />at the <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:02 p.m. and called <br />upoll Councihnember Cook to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION TO HAPPY DAYS COMMITTEE MEMBERS <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec thallked all the organizations and businesses that participated in the Happy Days <br />event.
