Consent <br /> <br />APPLICATION FOR LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMITS SUBMITTED <br /> BY RAMSEY LIONS CLUB IN RAMSEY <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Staff recently received the attached application for a premise permit for Climb, Inc. <br />Their organization is asking for premise permits to operate gambling at JR'S Outpost and <br />Diamonds Sports Bar. If the City Council is not opposed to this application, they have <br />requested a waiver of the 30-day notice provision. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Based on discussion ADOPT RESOLUTIONS #03-11-XXX AND #03-11-XXX <br />APPROVING CLIMB, INC APPLICATION FOR PREMISE PERMITS FOR LAWFUL <br />GAMBLING AT JR'S OUTPOST AND DIAMONDS SPORTS BAR IN RAMSEY. <br /> <br />CC: 11/10/03 <br /> <br /> <br />
