The occupant owns the items offered for sale and that none of the items <br />offered for sale shall have been purchased for resale or received on <br />consignment for purpose of resale. <br /> <br />The owner of the property conducts the sale and receives all proceeds <br />from the sale. <br /> <br />That no sale exceeds a period of seventy-two (72) consecutive hours. That <br />no more than two (2) sales are held in any twelve (12) month period at any <br />residential dwelling. <br /> <br /> Subd.2. The sale or receipt of secondhand books, magazines, post cards, postage stamps, <br />or philatelic material. <br /> <br />Subd.3. Goods sold at a farmers market. <br /> <br />go <br /> <br />Transactions conducted by a pawnbroker licensed under Section 7.13 of <br />the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />h. Transactions conducted by a used auto part dealer. <br /> <br />7.94.04. l~icense tees. <br /> <br />The annual license fees for Secondhand Dealers and Auction House <br />Dealers licenses issued under this Section shall be $2,000.00. <br /> <br />The billable transaction fee shall be classified according to the medium by <br />which daily reports required by section 7.94.10 are submitted to the police <br />department. These classifications shall be as follows: <br /> <br />1. Modem. Required of all dealers. <br /> <br />2. Manual. Required of all dealers. <br /> <br />The billable transaction license fee shall reflect the cost of processing <br />transactions and other related regulatory expenses as determined by the <br />city council, and shall be reviewed and adjusted, if necessary by <br />resolution. Licensees shall be notified in writing thirty (30) days before <br />any adjustment is implemented. <br /> <br />Billable transaction fees shall be billed monthly and are due and payable <br />within thirty (30) days. Failure to pay in accordance with these terms is a <br />violation of this Section. <br /> <br />7.94.05.. An applicant for a new license under this Section, or for the renewal of an existing <br />license that is more than six (6) months past due, or for a new manager as specified in section <br /> <br /> <br />
