A~OYAL OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to approve <br />public hearing meeting minutes regarding request for conditional use permit by <br />,urgen Zurnieden dated June 3, 1986. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, Shumway, <br />Howell, Zimmerman, LaDue and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to approve <br />public hearing meeting minutes regarding request for preliminary plat approval <br />of River's Bend 2nd Addition by River's Bend Properties dated June 3, 1986. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shumway, Howell, <br />Deemer, Zimmerman, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to approve <br />regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated June 3, 1986. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />80TE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The Commission noted the following: <br /> <br />1. Regular City Council meeting minutes dated May 27, 1986. <br /> <br />2. Public hearing minutes regarding establishment of storm sewer taxing <br /> districts dated May 29, 1986. <br /> <br />3. Special City Council meeting minutes dated June 9, 1986. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman referred to Council minutes dated May 27, 1986, Case #3, <br />Mr. James Roberts' request to operate a firearms service from his home and <br />Councilmember Cox's statement that a member of Planning and Zoning that lives <br />in the subject neighborhood voted against the request. Commissioner Zimmerman <br />stated that Councilmember Cox's comment is incorrect as all of the Planning <br />Commission members present voted faborably on the request. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />~ Reauest For Variance From Street FrontaEe Requirement; Case Of <br /> ~owell Vasseur: <br /> <br />Mr. Vasseur was present requesting a variance to street frontage requirements <br />for access to the 40 acre parcel located southwest of 155th and Variolite; also <br />inquired what the setback requirements would be if 155th were constructed as <br />MSA and what his assessments for that street improvement would be. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman stated that a residential street width is 66' and MSA <br />street width is 80'. <br /> <br />July 8, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 2 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
