has been gaining significant momentum lately with the recently completed Veterans <br />Affairs and Allina Clinics, and purchase agreements and development approvals for 230 <br />units of market rate apartments and 90 units of assisted senior living. The <br />overwhelming support for this development has led to the recent approval to construct <br />another Northstar Commuter Rail station in the COR, which is anticipated to be open <br />the fall of 2012. <br />Anoka County fully supports this proposed improvement and is accepting of any <br />additional operation and maintenance responsibilities that our roadway system would <br />experience as a result of this project. We believe this improvement is an excellent <br />candidate for inclusion in the Local Road Improvement Program, and look forward to the <br />continued relationship with the City of Ramsey and MnDOT. <br />Si a sere <br />ouas W.
