Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:
<br />RESOLUTION #12 -10 -163
<br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE GENERAL ELECTION
<br />ON NOVEMBER 6, 2012
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey will be conducting a General Election on November 6,
<br />2012; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 204B.21, election judges for
<br />precincts in a municipality must be appointed by the governing body of that municipality; and
<br />WHEREAS, the hourly rate of pay will be $8.50 for election judge trainees, $9.00 for
<br />regular election judges and $9.50 for chairs.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
<br />1) That the following individuals be appointed to serve as election judges for the Primary
<br />Election to be held on August 14, 2012:

<br />Koepsell, Roger McCulley, Gerri Wicht, Nancy Giddings, Mickey Adams, Bridget Arnold,

<br />Donald Luebeck, Mary Meyer, Donella Petro, Karen Henke, Kate Woodfill, Trish Bates,

<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
<br />Backous, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
