Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #12 -10 -164 <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR THE MANAGEMENT <br />ANALYST <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Patrick Brama began working as the Management Analyst on May 9, <br />2011 and was subject to a six -month probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Brama has successfully completed the required six -month probationary <br />period; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends removing Mr. Brama from probation effective November <br />9, 2012, and retaining him as the regular full -time Management Analyst. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) Motion to approve Resolution @ 12 -10 -164 confirming the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Patrick Brama, effective <br />November 9, 2012 and retain him as the regular full -time Management Analyst. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Backous, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />Councilmember Wise <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
