Councilmember McGlone introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #12 -11 -173 <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BANKING SERVICES TO BANK OF THE WEST <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting on September 25, 2012, approved a <br />recommendation to solicit bids for banking services from the four local banking institutions; and <br />WHEREAS, the bids were solicited and opened on October 12, 20012; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposal received from Bank of the West Bank provides the best benefit <br />and highest level of service to the City. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Finance Director be directed to establish the banking relationship as outlined in the <br />proposal for banking services with Bank of the West Bank effective January 1, 2013. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Backous, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />Councilmember Wise <br />and the following voted against: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
