Councilmember McGlone introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #12 -11 -172 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S PERFORMANCE <br />EVELUATION <br />WHEREAS, a 360 degree performance evaluation was completed for the City <br />Administrator for the time period of August 2011 — September 2012; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City <br />Administrator's performance in closed session on October 23, 2012; and <br />WHEREAS, it was the consensus of the City Council to accept Mr. Ulrich's <br />performance. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council accepts City Administrator Ulrich's performance evaluation for the time <br />period of August 2011 — September 2012. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Backous, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />Councilmember Wise <br />and the following voted against: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
