PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, May 6, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Cheryl Villeneuve's request for a conditional use <br />permit to operate a typing and word processing business from her home. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Vice Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:32 p.m. <br />CITIZEN.INpUT <br /> <br />Ms. Villeneuve was present and stated she would pick up and deliver a majority <br />of her work; she would limit customer appointments in her home to one or two <br />per day. <br /> <br />There was no further citizen input. <br /> <br />AD$OURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn the <br /> <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
