Voting Yes: Chairman Yeterson, Commissioners Shumway, Deemer, <br />Howell and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners LaDue and <br />Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request For Sketch Plan Review; Case Of Mr. K~ Johnson; <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson and his son-in-law, Richard Vagle, were present requesting sketch <br />plan review of a 20 acre plat located north of 169th Avenue. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that the plat should be developed with a through street <br />and turn-around at the plat boundary. Commmission advised proceeding to the <br />preliminary plat stage and providing soil borings. <br /> <br />The Commission recessed at 9:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the meeting back to order at 9:42 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #4: Discussion Regarding Zoning Ordinance; <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that per Commission direction, the City Attorney has revised <br />the home occupation section of the draft recodified zoning ordinance. The <br />Commission agreed with the revisions. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris submitted a comparison of accessory structure sizes allowed on urban <br />lots in surrounding communities. <br /> <br />Commissioners Deemer and Zimmerman informed Ms. Norris as to how they would <br />like Ramsey's ordinance to address accessory structure sizes in urban areas and <br />directed that she prepare the appropriate language for P&Z review at their next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Case #5: Discussion Regarding Sunset Regulations For Non-Conforming Use~: <br /> <br />Commissioner Howell prepared a proposed sunset clause for the Commission's <br />consideration. <br /> <br />April 14, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 6 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
