Public Hearing Mayor Ramsey called the public hearing to order at 7:02 p.m. Presentation Development Services Manager Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommended approval subject to review of legal counsel as to form. He answered questions of the Council relating to adjacent uses (buffer and transition area between uses) and indicated the building has to remain consistent to the grading plan to assure there are no potential issues with flooding.
