Commissioner Ramsey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #HRA -12 -10 -009 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY CHAIRPERSON AND HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT, QUIT CLAIM DEEDS, AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO RECORD THE PLAT OF COR TWO WHEREAS, on October 16, 2012, the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) approved an Agreement relating to the Plat of COR TWO between the HRA and Sophia - Ramsey, LLC (the "Agreement "). In the Agreement, the HRA agrees to execute a quit claim deed in favor of Sophia - Ramsey, LLC to convey to Sophia - Ramsey, LLC any right, title or interest the HRA may have in or to Lot 1, Block 1, COR TWO and agrees to execute a second quit claim deed in favor of Sophia- Ramsey, LLC to convey to Sophia- Ramsey, LLC any right, title or interest the HRA may have in or to Lot 2, Block 1, COR TWO (collectively the "Quit Claim Deeds "). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, IN AND FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the HRA's conveyance, via the Quit Claim Deeds, of any right, title or interest the HRA may have in or to Lot 1, Block 1, COR TWO any right, title or interest the HRA may have in or to Lot 2, Block 1, COR TWO is hereby authorized and approved, and the HRA Chairperson and the HRA Executive Director are hereby authorized to execute the Quit Claim deeds on behalf of the HRA. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Chairperson McGlone, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Chairperson McGlone Commissioner Ramsey Commissioner Backous Commissioner Elvig Commissioner Strommen Commissioner Tossey and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: Commissioner Wise Resolution HRA -12 -10 -009 Page 1 of 2
