Commission noted Mr. Knudson's letter from Mr. Knudson's attorney dated March <br />24, 1986 requesting the continuation of Mr. Knudson's request for a conditional <br />use permit until June 24, 1986. <br /> <br />Case #10: Discussion Regarding Joint Planning And Zoning Commission And <br /> Economic Development Commission Meeting: <br /> <br />Commission consensus was that Chairman Peterson and Ms. Norris meet with EDC <br />Chairman Greenberg to determine possible agenda items for the joint EDC/P&Z <br />meeting. If those agenda items can be addressed in 1/2 hour, it is suggested <br />that the joint EDC/P&Z meeting be scheduled to take place on the same evening <br />as the special P&Z meeting scheduled for April 14, 1986. <br /> <br />AD$OURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Peterson to adjourn <br />the Planning and Zoning meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />Deemer, Shumway, Zimmerman, LaDue and Rowell.
