Pl~n Review; <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen stated that Planning and Zoning is being asked to <br />review sketch plans without any input from the Park Commission being provided <br />regarding park dedication and whether land or cash is desired. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson stated that Planning and Zoning gets a recommendation from <br />the Park Commission regarding park dedication during preliminary plat review <br />process. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen replied that he does not see that communication between <br />Park Commission and Planning and Zoning occurring. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer that as <br />part of a preliminary plat approval, the Park Commission minutes and/or <br />recommendation relating to that plat with respect to park dedication, are <br />included as part of the preliminary plat approval packet provided to the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />April 1 , 1986 <br /> <br />Page 5 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
