not to say there will not be residual effects of that business develounent on <br />Quicksilver. ~l~ere may even be businesses that would front on Quicksilver. <br /> <br />Gerald Ludwig - 5955 168th - Suggested rezoning enough of the parcel for <br />parking purposes and leave the r~mainder of the parcel as residential. <br /> <br />Bob Gfroerer - 16810 Quicksilver - It has been attempted in the past to rezone <br />this area to business; if it happens, there is one whole row of residential <br />homes that will face businesses; Quicksilver was not designed for business and <br />heavy traffic. <br /> <br />Commission noted receiving a letter from Steve and Deb Kolb stating their <br />opposition to the rezoning request. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Howell to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shumway, Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Hendriksen, Howell and LaDue.
