Avenue NW stating her opposition to the plat. <br /> <br />Bill Weiss - Stated that future subdivision methods show a road running through <br />his parcel. <br /> <br />Mr. Caine - Replied that the map is only a proposal of subdivision methods <br />available should sewer and water come to the area; the road oould not ~ass <br />through Mr. Weiss's property until Mr. Weiss subdivided. <br /> <br />Bill Weiss - Inquired as to what type of homes will be developed in the plat. <br /> <br />Mr. Caine - Replied that Mr. Voltin intends only to sell the lots; the buyers <br />and builders of those lots will have to follow City code. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer - Stated that the the structures will be single family <br />homes and affected residents will be notified if there is a variance <br />application for other than single family homes. Commissioner Deemer also <br />inquired if Mr. Voltin is the sole owner of the property. <br /> <br />Mr. Volting - Replied that he owns the property in joint partnership with Dave <br />Schulte. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shtm~w~, Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Hendriksen, Howell and LaDue.
