Karri Anderson - Stated she has second driveway onto Armstrong and sometimes <br />heavy traffic prohibits use of it. <br /> <br />Roy King - Stated that he feels the traffic situation will be a problem as <br />there are no turning lanes on Armstrong; the poor visibility on this stretch of <br />Armstrong is supported by the fact that it is a 'no passing' zone. <br /> <br />Mr. Nielson - Stated that he feels he can prove there will be more cars <br />accessing Armstrong from Whispering Pines than from the south side of <br />Armstrong. <br /> <br />Mr. Volkman - Inquired as to Mr. Knudson's plans for that property which abuts <br />the Volkman property. Noted that the land behind his and the Knudson property <br />is a man-made wildlife area. <br /> <br />Mr. Knudson - Stated that the balance of his property not const~ned by home and <br />accessory structure will be farmed. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson noted receipt of letters from Gregory Berres, Mark Wadzink <br />and Vic Hazenah opposing the granting of a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Howell to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, Shumway, <br />Zimmerman, Hendriksen, LaDue and Howell.
