PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />~he Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, <br />January 21, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Roy Shu-~way <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Acting City Administrator/City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the special Commission meeting to order at 8:26 p.m. <br /> <br />[gone. <br /> <br />~ Mem{nar, Attendance~ <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich gave verbal authorization for Commissioners Deemer and Zimmerman <br />and Chairman Peterson to attend the Zoning Authority Responsibilities <br />Procedures Seminar. <br /> <br />COMMISSION IN~)T <br /> <br />Mr. Darryl Fults inquired as to the City's policy regarding pole barns with <br />brick or stone fronts and cement foundations and footings. <br /> <br />Commission replied that there should be no problem with that type of a pole <br />barn construction in any of the Industrial areas. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />adjourn the special meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Hendriksen and Shumway. Voting No: None.
