Mayor Ramsey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />and <br />RESOLUTION #12 -12 -182 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR <br />STONEY RIVER <br />WHEREAS, First Phoenix Ramsey, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Developer ", is <br />requesting an extension to site plan approval for Stoney River on the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, STONEY RIVER <br />(the "Subject Property ") <br />WHEREAS, on August 23, 2011, the Ramsey City Council approved the site plan Stoney <br />River; and <br />WHEREAS, in June, 2012, the Developer recorded the Plat entitled STONEY RIVER; <br />WHEREAS, in June, 2012, the Developer submitted a building permit for review, but at <br />the request of the Developer, said building permit was not issued; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has requested an extension to site plan approval of Stoney <br />River; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to site plan approval Stoney <br />River until December 31, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Strommen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />Councilmember Wise <br />
