The water main is currently stubbed approximately 150 feet east of Armstrong Boulevard on <br />Riverdale Drive. Twelve inch watermain is proposed to be extended east under both the <br />reconstructed portion of Riverdale Drive and the proposed extension of Riverdale Drive. Fire <br />Hydrants are proposed to be installed as needed along the new watermain and services will be <br />stubbed to all of the adjacent parcels. The total estimated cost for the watermain extension is <br />$501,160. Figure 5 below depicts the Trunk Water Main System as per the adopted <br />Comprehensive Water System Study, dated June 2012, prepared by Bolton and Menk. <br />LEGEND <br />Figure 5. Gravity trunk sanitary sewer is proposed to be extended as an 18" diameter sewer <br />line south to the intersection of Armstrong Boulevard and Riverdale Drive. The 18" diameter <br />trunk line will be stubbed to the south for future connection for the ultimate system. A <br />schematic showing the ultimate systems as per the approved Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer <br />Study, dated June 2012, prepared by Bolton and Menk is shown on Figure 6. <br />4IPage <br />
