Parks & Assistant Public Works Superintendent Riverblood presented that four out of five times <br />the December meetings have been cancelled as their business can wait until January. He <br />explained that he checked with staff and there is a townhome project that can be reviewed in <br />January. <br />Chairperson Shryock commented that they can meet in December if an important topic comes up <br />that cannot wait until January for a decision. <br />Motion by Commissioner Bennett, seconded by Commissioner Fyten, to forgo the December <br />Park and Recreating Commission meeting unless there is some business that comes up making it <br />necessary to meet. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Shryock, Commissioners Bennett, Fyten, and Olsen. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Barr, Chubb, and Minke. <br />Parks & Assistant Public Works Superintendent Riverblood stated that the Northstar Line had its <br />ribbon cutting today. He explained that it is open for business next week. He added that there <br />will be a few free days to try it out. He explained that bike riders are using the Northstar Line to <br />begin their journeys. <br />7.
