ORDINANCE NO. 13-03 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF PLATTED RIGHT-OF-WAY AND A <br />PORTION OF AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UILITY PURPOSES IN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described platted right-of-way is hereby vacated, to -wit: <br />That part of 147th Circle NW as legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, as <br />dedicated on the recorded plat of TOWN CENTER GARDENS 3RD ADDITION, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br />The following described drainage and utility easement, legally described in Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto, is hereby vacated, as to -wit. <br />SECTION 3.
