Motion by Commissioner Elvig, seconded by Commissioner Ramsey, to postpone consideration <br />of the following minutes: <br />1. HRA Special Meeting Minutes dated October 16, 2012 <br />2. HRA Regular Meeting Minutes dated October 23, 2012 <br />3. HRA Regular Meeting Minutes dated November 13, 2012 <br />4. HRA Special Meeting Minutes dated November 20, 2012 <br />Further discussion: City Attorney Goodrich noted consideration of the meeting minutes would <br />then occur in 2013 under the new HRA membership. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McGlone, Commissioners Elvig, Ramsey, Strommen, <br />Tossey and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Backous. <br />5. HRA BUSINESS <br />5.01: Adopt Resolution Approving Final 2013 HRA Levy <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report and presented the final 2013 HRA Levy in the <br />amount of $187,268. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner Tossey, to adopt Resolution <br />#HRA-12-12-009, Establishing a HRA Property Tax Levy Payable in 2013 Under Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 469. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McGlone, Commissioners Ramsey, Tossey, Elvig, <br />Strommen, and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Backous. <br />6. DEVELOPMENT TEAM REPORT <br />Development Manager Lazan reported that Edgebrook Property Management signed an option <br />for a senior housing project and has until December 15, 2012, to select a site and execute the <br />Purchase Agreement. In addition, the Development Team continues to work on recording COR <br />TWO, which should be completed this week or next week. <br />7. COMMISSIONER INPUT <br />Commissioner Tossey acknowledged this is the last HRA meeting for Chairperson McGlone as <br />well as Commissioners Ramsey and Wise. He thanked them for their years of service to <br />Ramsey. <br />8.
