Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-02-025 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF SEASONS OF <br />RAMSEY. <br />WHEREAS, The Seasons of Ramsey Limited Partnership, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant", has properly applied for preliminary plat approval of Seasons of Ramsey on the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lots 1 through 29, inclusive, Block 5, and Lots 1 through 25, inclusive, Block 6, and <br />Outlot F, Town Center Gardens, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />and <br />Outlot C, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on November 7, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br />sketch plan from the Applicant for a plat to be named Seasons of Ramsey; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 6, 2012, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan <br />and recommended that the Applicant proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 27, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br />preliminary plat from the Applicant for a plat to be named Seasons of Ramsey; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 31, 2013, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Seasons of Ramsey; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 12, 2013, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for <br />Seasons of Ramsey. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Seasons of Ramsey in <br />accordance with relevant codes and contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review File <br />dated November 30, 2012, revised January 25, 2013, and the Developer entering into a <br />Development Agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
