Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Project # 06 -PARK -003 <br />Project Name Shelter & Restroom Facilities <br />Description <br />Justification <br />Revised 10/2012 <br />Expenditures <br />Permanent restroom facility in each of the high use parks. This is planned for Riverdale Park. <br />This endeavor would result in a permanent restroom facility in higher use parks and replace the plastic rental units. <br />The rental unit's cost approximately $50 per month in the neighborhood parks, and about $200 per month in the community parks.
