Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Project # 06 -STR -002 <br />Project Name County Road 5 /Alpine Drive Realignment & Signals <br />Description <br />The project will address the intersection alignment of Alpine Drive with CSAH 5 and will also modify the access to old County Road 5. <br />Justification <br />This project would serve to eliminate one or both of the existing accesses of Old County Road 5 onto CSAH 5 to achieve the desired intersection <br />spacing deemed appropriate for Minor A arterial roadways. In addition, the realignment of the intersection of Alpine Drive and CSAH 5 would <br />create improved safety at this key intersection.
