Commissioner Elvig stated he liked the roundabout considering there would not be pedestrian <br />traffic in this area. <br />Commissioner McGlone believed the entire development was pedestrian focused and if the <br />roundabout did not work with pedestrians he would like to not have it in the development. He <br />requested the pedestrians be taken into consideration. <br />Commissioner Backus stated he did not have a problem with a roundabout, but he did not want <br />the area to look like the Riverdale area. He stated if a roundabout was put in, it had to be large <br />enough to handle the traffic. <br />Development Manager Lazan presented the HRA the Finance and Commerce article regarding <br />the Ramsey Town Center.
