November 13, 2012 <br />City of Ramsey <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />RE: Moving Clothing Recycling Into the City of Ramsey <br />Dear City of Ramsey : <br />Triangle Recycling is pleased to submit its proposal to the City of Ramsey. This proposal <br />requests approval from the City to move my Minnesota -based clothing recycling program, <br />Wear Ever Recycling, into the building located at 6001 — 167th Avenue NW. <br />Our company has been operating out of Nowthen, MN, for the last four years. Since <br />1946, the Bauer family has resided in Ramsey. My grandfather, father and brother all <br />have operated their businesses out of Ramsey. I hope to do the same with my company. <br />The building we are interested in is located in the industrial park off of St Francis <br />Boulevard NW and 167th Avenue NW. The site has been vacant for approximately four <br />years and it is currently zoned for retail operations. Our proposal enhances the overall <br />useage of the location. We intend to improve the esthetics of the location and to bring <br />additional traffic to the industrial park. <br />1 ask that you give this proposal significant forethought when considering the growth of <br />the local economy. If allowed to do so, my family -owned, full service clothing recycling <br />company will relocate from Nowthen, MN. We would be honored to have the opportunity <br />to operate out of Ramsey and this proposal details the community benefits. <br />Please contact me with any questions.
