recommended hiring a consultant for a period of one to two years to develop and follow the <br />enforcement plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Glen Hardin, Economic Development Commission, requested a copy of the report given to the <br />Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated he is intending to do so. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 8:55 p.m. Mayor Reimann called the meeting back to order at 9:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Case <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat Approval of Northfork Park Addition; Case of <br />Dennis Peck, North Fork, Inc. <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis Peck of North Fork, Inc. was present and stated that North Fork, Inc. is requesting a <br />minor subdivision for Northfork Park Addition. The proposed plat consists of two previously <br />platted lots. The plat consists of one outlot and one residential lot. Upon completion of the <br />platting process, the outlot will be conveyed to the Northfork Homeowners Association for use as <br />their residential park. He also stated that he is in agreement with all requirements. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Resolution <br />~)0-09-317 granting final plat approval to Northfork Park Addition. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Peterson asked if this park becomes part of the City. Mr. <br />Peck stated that it will be a private park developed specifically for the Northfork residents. <br />Possibly at a later date it could be deeded to the City but for now it is given to the homeowners to <br />use and maintain. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmember Cich, Peterson, DeLuca and <br />Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat Approval of Northfork Trail Addition; Case of <br />Dennis Peck, North Fork, Inc. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that North Fork, Inc. is requesting a minor subdivision to plat North Fork Trail <br />Addition which consists of approximately 89 acres located in the Northeast quadrant of the <br />Northfork P.U.D. It is the fulfillment of North Fork's park and trail commitment. Upon <br />completion of the platting process, certain portions of the plat will be deeded to the City to <br />complete the public trail corridor which will extend from the City park East of Lake Itasca and Trott <br />Brook and the proposed Carr Addition North of the Northfork P.U.D. The remaining portions of <br />the plat will be deeded to the Northfork Homeowners Association as permanent open space. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt Resolution <br />g00-09-318 granting final plat of Northfork Trail Addition. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Reimann asked if the property ties into the City's trail system. Mr. <br />Otto stated that it does. Mr. Peck stated that the previous North Fork park agreement appears in <br />the development agreement. Mr. Goodrich assured him that it would be adjusted. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Pearson, DeLuca, Cich and <br />Peterson.
