Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for Final Plat Approval of Fox Ridge Estates P.U.D. 2nd <br /> Addition; Case of Gerald Bauer <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Bauer was present to answer any questions the City Council had. <br /> <br />Merland Otto stated that Mr. Gerald Bauer is requesting final plat approval of Fox Ridge Estates <br />P.U.D. 2nd Addition consisting of 34 lots. He stated that Mr. Bauer has submitted the proper <br />plans He added that Mr. Bauer is proposing to dedicate Outlots B and C of Fox Ridge Estates to <br />the City to meet open space requirements of the P.U.D. The developer is also proposing to <br />excavate ponds to provide open water in the wetlands, thus the lowland area would be enhanced. <br />Mr. Otto stated he recommends the City accept the Outlots as dedicated to the City, however this is <br />not to be credited for park dedication. He also stated that City Staff is recommending final plat <br />approval of Fox Ridge Estates P.U.D. 2nd Addition contingent upon compliance with the <br />following stipulations: 1) Correct the items discussed in the letter from Pete Raatikka, Hakanson <br />Anderson Associates, Inc. dated September 19, 1990; 2) the developer must post escrow <br />estimated at $164,750.00 and 3) the developer must agree to pay for Stage II Improvements; the <br />required deposit amount being $8,500.00. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca adopt Resolution//90- <br />09-316 granting final plat approval to Fox Ridge Estates P.U.D. 2nd Addition contingent upon <br />compliance with the Engineer's review dated September 19, 1990. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Pearson questioned if the lots dedicated to the City could ever <br />be developed and also mentioned that thought should be given to the way this is worded in the <br /> <br />City Council/September 25, 1990 <br /> Page 5 of 20 <br /> <br /> <br />
