Councilmember Peterson mentioned that residents are still dropping brush <br />off at Central Park to be chipped. He suggested a sign be posted to discourage people from doing <br />that. Councilmember Cich inquired if the amount of $2,700.00 to $4,110.00 to chip the brush at <br />Central Park was part of the original grant. Mr. Hartley and Mr. Jankowski stated they would find <br />out. <br /> <br />20) <br /> <br />Receive memo from Project Manager regarding City-wide Curbside Recycling Program <br />update. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Peterson requested clarification as to how the figures were <br />arrived at for the percentage of participation in the recycling program. He also requested a report <br />from Ace Solid Waste Management to show that the recycling products are actually being recycled. <br /> <br />21) <br /> <br />Adopt resolution approving partial payment to Dresel Contracting, Inc. for Improvement <br />Project #89-4 in the amount of $205,732.00. <br /> <br />22) Adopt resolution approving partial payment to Volk Sewer and Water, Inc. for <br /> Improvement Project #89-15 in the amount of $11,885.48. <br /> <br />23) <br /> <br />Adopt resolution approving partial payment to Noble Nursery for Improvement Project <br />#90-30. <br /> <br />24) <br /> <br />Adopt resolution approving final payment to Inland Utility ConstTuction for Improvement <br />Project//90-30 in the amount of $2,668.19. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for Final Plat Approval of a Minor Subdivision Proposed to <br /> be Named Jenson Addition; Case of Bradley Jenson <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that Mr. Jenson is requesting final plat approval for a minor subdivision (Jenson <br />Addition) which consists of a resubdivision of Lot 5, Block 4 and Lots 2 and 3, Block 5, in <br />Riverside West. The property is zoned R-1 Urban Residential and also lies within the Critical <br />River Corridor.
