CC Special Session 4. 1. <br />Meeting Date: 02/26/2013 <br />Submitted For: Bill Goodrich By: Jo Thieling, Administrative Services <br />Title: <br />Attorney - Client Privileged Discussion Regarding a Personnel Matter <br />Background: <br />A closed meeting will be held for an attorney - client privileged discussion of threatened litigation against the City. <br />The statutory basis for closing this meeting is Minnesota Statutes, section 13D.05, subd. 3(b). An attorney <br />representing an individual, C.K., has threatened to bring suit against the City for alleged tortious conduct by city <br />personnel.
