COUNCIL DIRECTION: • Direct Staff to move forward with selling Windsorwood (06-32-25-14-009). • Select a method of sale (i.e. for sale by owner, auction, listing with a realtor). • Consider a request by the two neighboring property owners to allow a first right to purchase the property. A time limit for negotiations should be set.
