ORDINANCE NO. 13 -03 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING <A PORTION OF PLATTED RIGHT-OF-WAY AND A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNE- SOTAy The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursu- ant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minne- sota Statutes 412.851 SECTION 2. VACATION The following described platted right -of -way is hereby vacated, to-wit: That part of 147th Circle NW as legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, as dedi- cated on the recorded plat of TOWN CENTER GARDENS 3RD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. The described drainage and util- ity easement, legally described in Exhibit B, is available for review at City Hall: SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effec- tive thirty (30) days after its publica- tion subject to the City Charter Sec- tion 5.07.
