Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Bauer, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Van Scoy, Bauer, Brauer, <br />Field, Perez, and Schiller. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />Chairperson Levine closed the public hearing closed at 9:40 p.m. <br />Commission Business <br />Motion by Commissioner Bauer, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt a Resolution granting approval of the amended Sections of the Zoning Code with <br />the revisions made this evening. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Bauer, Van Scoy, Brauer, <br />Field, Perez, and Schiller. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />Commissioner Field commended Planning Consultant Goodroad for the amendments and clarity <br />provided to the Commission this evening. <br />5.06: Staff Update <br />The Staff Update was noted. <br />5.07: Zoning Bulletins <br />Zoning Bulletins were noted. <br />6.
