OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA CQUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA T,O?WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Notice 'is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a pub- lic hearing on Tuesday, February 12, 2013,, at the Ramsey Municipal Cen- ter, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, -Ram - sey,,MN 55303 The, purpose of the hearing is to adopt the City of Ramsey 2013 -2017 Capital Improvement Program. The Capital Improvement Program is a long- term'financial plan of at least five years that consists of projects and lfacilities -that are or will be needed by 4he City in carrying out the future needs for the public health, safety and welfare of the City. The Capitial .Improvement Program document is categorized by projects relating to site acquisitions, street improve- ments, utility system improvements, municipal buildings and park improvements. Approval of. the Capital Improve -, ment Program by City Council does not authorize spending or initiation of any given project. It does however, provide a guide for the community for a whole array of private and pub- lic decision making, impacted by public capital expenditures. All interested persons are invited to attend the'hearing and comment on the City's 2013 -2017 Capital Improvement Program. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, 'MN 55303. Writ- ten comments shall; be received at the above address prior to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, .February 12, 2013.
